Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the general contractor’s construction activities with a strong focus on schedule status reporting to the project owner.
  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and consistent delivery to the client.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip; forecast and update key project milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems; ensure best practices and approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and monitor progress across multiple construction projects while managing supplier interfaces and providing technical support and RFI responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems, and familiarity with MEP design.
  • •Proficiency in managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, and RFIs).
  • •Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, P6, CxAlloy) and knowledge of relevant codes/standards and commissioning process levels 1–5.
