Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the China commercial leader to analyze and drive the region’s commercial results.
  • •Advise on Greater China commercial strategy and plan/coordinate internal resources for key commercial initiatives and deals.
  • •Lead and contribute to cross-team projects to standardize and improve commercial processes and systems (e.g., commercial SOPs, CRM systems, data analytics toolkits, training programs).
  • •Take direct accountability for driving the most critical/complex special projects.
  • •Coordinate with colleagues across functional areas and globally to deliver against commercial, product, and operational priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above from a top institution.
  • •4-8 years of work experience with relevant background in a top-tier consulting firm, VC or investment bank.
  • •Passion for startup culture with strong ownership mindset, resilience under pressure, and ability to navigate a global organization.
  • •Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into a coherent framework to address business opportunities or challenges.
  • •Solid data analysis skills, with some familiarity in data analytical tools and methodologies.
