Job Summary

Define and execute the RWD strategy, platform, and data pipeline to turn EHRs, claims, imaging, and other real-world sources into regulatory-grade, research-ready datasets. Lead the RWD Informatics team to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and scalability, including unstructured data curation and AI/agentic workflows. Partner cross-functionally to support clinical development, evidence generation, and early cancer detection and digital health product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the operations and continuous improvement of the RWD curation pipeline, including evaluating and integrating AI/agentic workflows.
•Create a multi-year strategy for acquisition, management, curation, and use of RWD to support regulatory submissions, clinical evidence generation, HEOR, and commercial efforts.
•Architect, build, and maintain a scalable RWD platform and pipeline to ingest, link, harmonize, and curate large real-world datasets.
•Oversee translation of raw RWD into research-ready, regulatory-grade datasets using OMOP or other industry-standard models for RWE generation.
•Directly lead and develop the RWD Informatics team (clinical informaticists and data analysts) and manage department budget and operating cadence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 236,300 - 335,475 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
•At least 12 years of progressive clinical informatics experience with RWD sources (structured and unstructured) and molecular data, including applying RWD to device/therapeutic/software product development and across multiple disease areas (oncology).
•At least 10 years building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
•Experience leading data modeling, terminology normalization, data curation, and/or unstructured data abstraction via natural language processing (NLP).
•Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL, plus deep knowledge of health-payer ontologies (ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT, LOINC, RxNorm).
