Key Responsibilities

•Create compelling, innovative, visually stunning social media content for food & beverage concepts and events.
•Manage social media calendars, including support during photoshoots, copywriting for scheduled posts, and creating story content from events/activations.
•Address guest concerns and reviews on social media and online platforms by coordinating with internal departments to ensure outstanding customer service.
•Track relevant social media influencers and collaborate on influencer initiatives to expand brand reach.
•Collaborate with a public relations agency and graphic designers by providing briefs and imagery, and develop creative ideas to drive revenue and sales.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field is preferred.
•German language proficiency is highly preferred.
•Proven track record and experience in a marketing role.
•Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
•Proficient copywriting and communications, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
