HR Business Partner - TikTok RD (San Jose)

Partner with leaders in TikTok’s Research & Development organization to develop and execute HR strategy supporting engineering, security, and privacy roadmaps. Serve as the primary HRBP for a global, cross-functional department across time zones—coaching leaders on organizational design, talent assessment, career pathing, and succession planning. Drive global employee relations resolution, manage full-cycle performance processes, and use people data and analytics to improve team health, retention, and organizational scaling.
