Key Responsibilities

•Manage assigned development program projects within R&D.
•Define polymer formulations and extrusion line settings for industrialization based on specifications and business needs.
•Maintain and correct system data for proper product specification management.
•Identify, test, and coordinate alternative raw materials, masterbatches, and additives with procurement and suppliers.
•Implement, coordinate, and report internal trials; provide guidance for operational issues and support claim handling/troubleshooting when R&D concepts fail.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Applied) Sciences (Chemistry, Polymers, Material Sciences) or equivalent experience.
•Broad chemical background with specific expertise in polymers (asset).
•Project management experience (asset).
•Fluency in Dutch and English.
•Proactive communication, strong problem solving and prioritization, and structured self-discipline with resilience and teamwork.
