Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise Business Operations and Finance leadership by aligning HR programs and initiatives to business priorities.
  • •Support workforce planning, succession planning, and identify skill gaps and development opportunities for the Finance organization.
  • •Guide performance management processes, employee development, and career growth conversations.
  • •Contribute to organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management, team development, and culture-building, using HR data and metrics.
  • •Support employee engagement efforts and partner with Employee Relations and Legal teams on employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 annually

  • •10+ years of HR generalist experience (Finance team experience preferred) in a global financial services environment.
  • •Strong client and commercial focus with excellent judgment and influencing skills.
  • •Proven ability to manage simultaneous processes, prioritize a heavy workload, and coordinate across multiple functions.
  • •Strong execution and project management skills with high attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • •Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).
