Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain employee data integrity in HRIS and other enterprise systems, including data entry and updates.
  • •Process personnel actions (hires, terminations, pay/title changes, promotions, transfers, and address changes) in Costpoint.
  • •Interpret employee information data, perform analysis, and support internal and external inquiries with resolutions.
  • •Complete employment verification requests and unemployment claims, responding to external inquiries timely.
  • •Provide ad-hoc and standard employee reporting, validate data, and support HRIS/enterprise system upgrades, patches, testing, and technical projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Systems (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •At least 3 years of HRIS or HR data entry experience in a professional HR environment.
  • •Intermediate (or above) computer skills using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, indexing).
  • •Demonstrated ability analyzing and manipulating large datasets with strong attention to accuracy.
  • •Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and statutes (including the Service Contract Act and CBAs); confidentiality and fast-paced, high-volume capability are required.
