Drive new business growth across agencies and brands by managing territory targets and executing media strategies. Partner with the Customer Experience team to ensure campaigns launch on time, within budget, and against performance metrics. Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams (Customer Experience, Insights, Studio), leading cross-functional meetings to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables while delivering superior client satisfaction.
