Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Senior Architect/Designer across a portfolio of projects.
  • •Coordinate design across multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering teams to deliver integrated outputs.
  • •Ensure internal governance and CDM Safety in Design principles are applied throughout design stages, meeting quality standards.
  • •Oversee design activities and production of design information, ensuring correctness, accuracy, and multidisciplinary coordination of documentation.
  • •Present to clients and manage interfaces between design and site teams to support timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Be fully qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist (Chartered or equivalent) with proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably data centres.
  • •Demonstrate strong technical design capability with a CSA bias, including design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.
  • •Be proficient in CAD and use of AutoCAD and REVIT, with required current working knowledge of REVIT including 3D modelling for workflow.
  • •Use common data environments (CDE) such as Forma ACC, ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, and be IT literate with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Be eligible to work in the UK and have the right to live and work in Northern Ireland.
