Associate - Talent Acquisition

Support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, creating and distributing engaging job adverts, and building candidate longlists. Screen and schedule interviews, provide timely feedback and updates, and maintain strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Own trainee hiring by sourcing, screening, facilitating interviews/assessments, and coordinating follow-ups. Provide reporting support and ensure systems compliance using TA tools and data.
