Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BI and regulatory reporting deliverables for the Data Analytics & AI team in India.
  • •Manage and analyze sales incentive programs, including scorecards/dashboards to track KPI performance.
  • •Generate regular reports on incentive program performance and identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Liaise with colleagues and business leaders across INM, region, and global teams to deliver impactful BI outputs.
  • •Support BI and regulatory transformation by evaluating new technologies, improving reporting processes, and enabling automation and visualization solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3–6 years of business experience focused on the Banking & Financial Services domain.
  • •4+ years in technology or information management, or 2+ years in BI or regulatory reporting/submission.
  • •Mandatory advanced skills in SAS, Python, GCP, and SQL.
  • •Experience with scorecard and incentive management is preferred.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills for complex business problems using analytics.
