Job Summary

Serve as the primary contact for UK electric bus operators and service partners, providing on-site technical support and performing inspections, fault diagnosis, maintenance, and minor repairs for the GD fleet. Drive aftermarket revenue growth through service parts and packages, manage fleet spare parts tender bid processes, and collaborate with commercial, PM, and Quality teams to resolve issues. Deliver technical training and support while supporting eMobility service activities across EMEIA as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact for bus operators using Gardner Denver eMobility compressors across the UK and Ireland.
•Inspect and diagnose eCompressor faults, including on-site testing and analysis.
•Perform routine maintenance and minor on-site repair work where possible.
•Identify and convert aftermarket revenue opportunities, including service parts and packages.
•Work with commercial, PM, and Quality teams to resolve issues and act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC).

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Time served apprenticeship or HNC in Engineering or other technical discipline (or equivalent experience/training).
•Proven experience working in a service, engineering, or technical support environment.

•Willingness to work outside standard office hours with flexible start/finish times to meet customer needs.
