Key Responsibilities

•Lead bridge and transport-structure design from concept to detailed design, including options assessment and design development
•Support technical governance: undertake and contribute to design checks, reviews and coordinated model/drawing/report outputs
•Manage delivery for your work packages—scope, programme, budget, risk and coordination with the broader project team
•Be a trusted client partner—support technical discussions, resolve issues early and identify opportunities to add value
•Contribute to bids and proposals—technical inputs, estimates and delivery approaches

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
•Consulting experience delivering bridge/transport-structure projects
•Typically 9–15 years’ experience across structural and bridge design, ideally with WA transport clients
•Proven technical delivery capability—design development, coordination and design review
•Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WA client requirements (Main Roads WA, PTA) for bridge design
