Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end solutions that translate existing enterprise workflows into architectures where humans and agents operate together.
•Push to recommendations faster by shaping direction early in engagements and identifying where business processes need to change.
•Lead delivery coordination or contribute to build once engagements require it, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
•Navigate organizational complexity by building coalitions and managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
•Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures that extend impact beyond individual engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,000 - 213,200 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation, with a track record of leading complex engagements at VP and C-suite level.
•Professional services or management consulting background with experience delivering to a statement of work and being accountable for outcomes.
•Strong ability to communicate across stakeholders including C-level sponsors, technical teams, and business SMEs.
•Experience designing agentic workflows and determining where AI and human collaboration create leverage vs. risk.
•Business process transformation background with demonstrated impact beyond software deployment.
