Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an experienced Tech Lead within a squad, owning delivery outcomes hands-on.
  • •Champion strategic enablers (e.g., AI, DevOps) aligned with Commercial priorities, embedding them into delivery practices and ways of working with tribe and product leaders.
  • •Drive communities of practice to promote continuous learning and cross-team collaboration, standardizing and sharing best practices, design patterns, and tools.
  • •Lead end-to-end people leadership for the chapter, including hiring/onboarding, ongoing feedback and coaching, and promotion/succession readiness.
  • •Coordinate with tribe, product, and other chapter leads on capability mapping so chapter talent supply matches current and future delivery needs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of professional software development experience with prior hands-on experience (coding today not required).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals across architecture, systems design, quality, and delivery practices.
  • •Experience with AI-assisted software development.
  • •People management experience including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
