Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales for products within the Commercial Payments Product Line and increase product sales and revenue growth year over year.
  • •Provide product financial management including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and pricing/packaging monetization strategy alignment.
  • •Act as SME for products, develop commercialization strategy and messaging/value articulation across client interactions, and translate market/client insights into GTM/product recommendations.
  • •Develop and refine client success frameworks to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention; serve as escalation point for complex client issues.
  • •Monitor product performance and quality factors, diagnose root causes of service/delivery challenges, and support definition of quality control standards and work process procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business or finance required.
  • •MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •7-10 years’ experience in Product Development, Sales, or Operations.
  • •7-10 years’ experience in Product Management with emphasis on sales, delivering products to market, and profitability management.
  • •Ability to work in matrix management/multi-site environments and strong collaboration/relationship management skills.
