Join an on-site operations early career program supported by a 24-month blend of experiential learning and classroom/virtual training. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and conduct problem-solving efforts and propose resolutions using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
•Initiate and support new equipment and process upgrades to minimize scrap, increase productivity, and improve quality, and assure improvements are sustained.
•Plan, develop, enhance, and implement control systems to ensure compliance of product, material, process, and procedural quality standards.
•Provide on-machine expertise to operators and staff to help ensure manufacturing capability and capacity meet delivery and performance targets.
•Develop project timelines, assign responsibilities, and drive execution of tasks to deliver operational goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) with a graduation timeline for December (Jan start) or May (June start).
•Previous internship/co-op experience required or relevant work experience in manufacturing.
•Leadership experience via student organizations (e.g., Engineers without Borders, ASME, AIChE, SWE, NSBE, SHPE).
•Demonstrated engagement in volunteerism or similar activities.
•Reliable transportation to and from work, with willingness to relocate to assigned sites while on the program.
