  • •Architect and operate an enterprise labor standards capability for consistency, traceability, and adoption across the company.
  • •Define the enterprise methodology for time studies, including observation protocols, sample sizing, rating/leveling, allowances, and documentation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years developing and maintaining labor standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with hands-on proficiency in multiple time study methodologies (e.g., stopwatch, MODAPTS, MTM, video analysis, or work sampling).
  • •Deep understanding of time study fundamentals: element breakdown, performance rating/leveling, allowance determination, and statistical basis for defensible standards.
  • •Experience designing and deploying standardized time study processes, tools, and templates across an organization, not just conducting studies.
  • •Experience integrating labor standards with MES, ERP, or production planning systems, including loading times matched to work instructions/routings and maintaining accuracy through changes.
  • •Ability to work with technical documentation and communicate measurement uncertainty clearly to non-technical decision-makers; must be a U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information.
