Key Responsibilities

  • •Grade and sort softwood SPF and SYP according to third-party inspection requirements.
  • •Move, secure, stack, band, bundle, and label lumber based on predetermined bundle sizes and customer requirements.
  • •Apply material tags and specifications before/after treating or production, and ensure correct quantities are strapped and labeled before leaving the work area.
  • •Record production on production sheets and maintain accurate inventory of tags, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • •Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist other areas with moving and loading/unloading carts, and participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.

Key Requirements
