Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business-critical roles, emphasizing cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, and engineering.
•Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on intake, hiring strategy, candidate profile calibration, interview scorecards, and hiring decision influence.
•Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple regions using modern sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, Boolean search).
•Lead candidate assessment and interview management to evaluate technical capability, leadership potential, communication skills, and organizational fit.
•Drive offer strategy and negotiations, manage pipelines/reporting in Rippling ATS, and improve recruiting processes using recruiting metrics and talent intelligence.
