Key Responsibilities

  • •Roll out Karumi for new customers: setup, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance
  • •Perform QA and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and a great end-user experience
  • •Adapt Karumi to different customer workflows, UIs, and edge cases
  • •Use lightweight scripting/automation to improve internal implementation tools and reduce manual work
  • •Capture product feedback from hands-on deployments and customer interactions; communicate insights to product/engineering
