•Roll out Karumi for new customers: setup, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance
•Perform QA and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and a great end-user experience
•Adapt Karumi to different customer workflows, UIs, and edge cases
•Use lightweight scripting/automation to improve internal implementation tools and reduce manual work
•Capture product feedback from hands-on deployments and customer interactions; communicate insights to product/engineering

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years in Forward Deployed / Implementation Engineering, QA/testing, or solutions engineering
•BS/MS in CS/Engineering/STEM (or equivalent practical experience)
•Scripting, automation, or coding experience or willingness to learn
•Comfort working directly with customers in technical contexts
•Interest in AI-driven products and real-world deployments
