Job Summary

Serve as an Asia-level employee relations (ER) consultant, managing end-to-end ER casework and investigations across multiple APAC countries. Partner closely with Global Employment Law, HR Business Partners, and ER/compliance stakeholders to advise on policy interpretation, misconduct, performance management, and corrective actions. Track ER metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvements to ER processes. Provide training and enablement for HR and managers on specialized ER and performance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage employee relations investigations from intake through interviews, analysis, escalation, redirection, and closure with accurate documentation.
•Handle complex allegations including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other serious policy concerns.
•Advise managers on policy interpretation, discipline, misconduct, and performance management; support drafting disciplinary and performance documentation.
•Partner with HRBPs and non-HR stakeholders (including Ethics & Compliance and Security) to escalate or redirect concerns appropriately.
•Track and report ER case metrics and trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ER processes and training.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Manage end-to-end employee relations investigations and support formal performance management processes, including handling complex and escalated matters.
•Demonstrate strong consulting, influencing, and coaching skills, with sound judgment for assessing and balancing business risk.
•Have in-depth knowledge and practical experience applying labor and employment laws and regulations.
•Possess 7+ years of experience in employee relations and/or performance management; HR Business Partner experience is preferred.
•Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills and the highest level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential, sensitive information.
