Lead a multi-year business transformation program focused on the Stop Loss business, overseeing a portfolio of complex cross-functional projects. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Change Management to drive day-to-day delivery, manage dependencies, risks, and vendors, and provide executive reporting. Own governance, ROI-oriented business cases, roadmap planning, and release/program execution in Agile environments, ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-scope outcomes.

•Partner with program sponsors to develop business cases and cost benefit analyses to maximize ROI and value delivery.

•Oversee delivery performance, holding teams accountable for on-time, on-budget, on-scope outcomes within variances.
•Drive decision-making with sponsors, recommending re-scoping, postponement, or cancellation as needed; manage change with limited friction.

Salary: USD 117,000 - 195,100 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma required.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
•PMP and PgMP designations from PMI strongly preferred.
•8–10 years of cumulative, relevant experience in program/project management.
•Strong expertise in governance, roadmap planning, release management, and cross-functional delivery (Agile experience preferred).
