Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and development support for critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital blocks and full-chip level integration.
  • •Perform layout verification and quality checks including LVS/DRC/antenna, plus documentation.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of block-level layouts with acceptable quality.
  • •Lead planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution to meet project schedule and milestones across multiple projects.
  • •Mentor junior and senior team members and review sub-block layout work; collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure success.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process across multiple technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •Bachelors of Engineering (BE) or Master of Technology (MTech) in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or related field.
  • •Expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS.
  • •Hands-on layout creation for critical blocks such as temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, bandgap, reference generators, charge pump, current mirrors, comparator, and differential amplifiers.
  • •Strong analog layout fundamentals and understanding of layout effects on speed, capacitance, power, and area, including matching, crosstalk/coupling, IR-drop, and parasitic devices.
