Key Responsibilities

  • •Blend, smooth, and deburr surfaces and perform assembly, disassembly, blast, and cleaning operations on aerospace case parts to meet customer requirements.
  • •Prepare parts for welding and/or machining by blending and deburring to written specifications.
  • •Set up and operate machines (selecting appropriate abrasive belt, wheel, or disk) for blending and deburring.
  • •Inspect parts to verify conformance with specifications and complete required paperwork.
  • •Perform specified heat treat and cleaning operations, preventive maintenance of equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.

Key Requirements
