Job Summary

Serve as the Service Cloud subject-matter expert, shaping and presenting CRM-based service solutions to diverse customers. Drive proof-of-value through tailored demonstrations, address technical objections in the sales cycle, and collaborate with Field Sales, Partners, and Product Management to enable successful Service Cloud deployments.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Support for Service Cloud-based solution proposals targeting customers in a variety of industries; evangelize Service Cloud value to customers and field teams; assess business impact and deliver findings with ROI where applicable; contribute to technical sales strategy; tailor and demonstrate solutions reflecting each customer’s business; discuss and propose solution architecture including call center and back-office integrations; support proposal preparation and collaborate with Field Sales, Account Executives, Implementation Partners, and Product Management
•Conduct presentations and demonstrations at seminars and events; support marketing activities through speaking engagements and demos; enable via webinars, knowledge sharing, and best practices
•Create sales assets such as solution maps, industry-specific demos, and proposal templates
•Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, Partners, and Product Management to ensure credibility and the right solution for customers
•Educate and enable the sales team to improve the overall performance and individual performance

Key Requirements

•Experience in implementation/development of business application systems or core systems, OR experience in implementation consulting, OR experience as a presales engineer
•Ability to listen to customer business needs and analyze their challenges
•Strong desire for growth and a deep passion for customer success
•Fluent Japanese
•Previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect/System Engineer for a CRM company or similar contact center related technology; understanding of Service Cloud
