Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, operate, and support infrastructure systems with parity across tenancy models and public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), coordinating consistent deployments with engineering teams.
  • •Bring cloud infrastructure expertise to strengthen and scale multi-cloud dbt Cloud capabilities.
  • •Create a great developer experience while partnering with teams in Architecture, Release Engineering, Product Engineering, and Security.
  • •Leverage Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, Helm, ArgoCD, Go, and DataDog to build and run platform infrastructure and tooling.
  • •Design automation to eliminate manual toil, implement infrastructure optimizations to reduce cloud spend, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP and core tools/languages in the stack, including Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • •Solid experience with declarative Infrastructure as Code (ideally Terraform), with willingness to use CloudFormation or ARM/Bicep.
  • •Experience automating tasks and improving infrastructure operations to reduce manual toil.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a distributed, fully-remote environment with strong communication and writing skills.
  • •More extensive Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting experience.
