Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and control heavy construction machines on site to perform digging and material handling per construction plans
  • •Assist with the de-/montage of components around 1 t using the machine and help ensure correct assembly
  • •Maintain and care for the equipment you operate, including completing maintenance logs/protocols
  • •Work closely with site managers and construction supervisors, ensuring instructions are followed accurately
  • •Ensure safe working practices on construction sites and report any issues or hazards promptly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating heavy machinery is desirable but not required; strong technical understanding, thoroughness and responsibility; routine in documenting maintenance
  • •Willingness to obtain an internal driver's license on our private grounds; training with at least 60 hours on appropriate equipment
  • •Team orientation, reliability and ability to follow instructions; safe operating procedures on construction sites
  • •External operating authorizations/licenses (e.g., for heavy machinery) advantageous, can be obtained internally if needed
  • •High safety standards with careful, precise work and ability to work under supervision
