Key Responsibilities

•Lead SEO/AEO performance tracking and analysis.
•Support and strengthen paid media performance through audits, testing strategies, and budget collaboration.
•Inform decisions by synthesizing channel performance into concise narratives for senior audiences and ensuring data infrastructure supports reliable measurement.
•Partner with marketing operations, analytics, and finance to ensure data infrastructure supports reliable, actionable measurement and pipeline attribution.
•Surface emerging opportunities and gaps proactively, delivering recommendations rather than observations.

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing — with meaningful hands-on experience across both paid media and SEO.
•Deep working knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads) at a performance level.
•Strong SEO expertise — keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page optimization, content gap analysis, rank tracking — and a genuine understanding of how AEO and AI search are reshaping organic visibility.
•Proven ability to build performance frameworks and dashboards that connect channel activity to business outcomes, ideally including pipeline contribution.
•Experience managing financial processes across paid channels — budget tracking, reconciliation, vendor billing — and working directly with finance or operations partners.
