Area Manager / Senior Area Manager, Strategic Accounts – Japan (based in Tokyo)

Lead Agoda’s Japan strategy by managing major strategic partners and driving account performance, growth targets, and competitive advantage. You’ll coach and motivate teams, implement partner-focused initiatives, and build senior-level relationships—including C-level partnerships—to expand collaborations and uncover opportunities. The role also includes coordinating with top management on strategic planning, conducting market research, and representing Agoda at industry events while demonstrating strong analytical and leadership skills.
