Job Summary

Own the end-to-end technical enablement experience for Dialpad’s partner ecosystem, designing and delivering hands-on workshops, boot camps, and summits. Build lab environments and lab guides, maintain technical playbooks, and manage partner certification content in Docebo (including grading and recertification). Collaborate with Channel Sales, Channel SE, PSO, and Product to translate the roadmap into partner-ready training, driving event-to-pipeline impact across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, boot camps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
•Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
•Develop lab guides and set up and maintain hands-on lab environments for live training events.
•Own technical LMS content in Docebo, keeping certification materials current with product releases, and deliver Capstone grading/validation for CDP 2.0 tracks.
•Instrument event-to-pipeline attribution by measuring ROI and training effectiveness per event and reporting results to leadership.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
•Strong hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms (Dialpad product knowledge is a plus).
•Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
•Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
•Excellent project management skills, including running multi-city event calendars without dropping details.
