Key Responsibilities

•Perform system-level performance analyses to evaluate and optimize advanced airborne sensor capabilities
•Develop, refine, and analyze algorithms to support mission-critical aerospace applications
•Conduct trade studies to compare technical approaches and guide engineering decisions
•Build statistical models and performance predictions for complex, multidisciplinary systems
•Execute detailed data analyses following Raytheon engineering processes and best practices

Salary: 86,000 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in signal processing, image processing, detection theory, or machine learning
•Experience developing and implementing signal processing algorithms for airborne surveillance applications
•Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments, programming in C or C++, and use of MATLAB or Python for data analysis
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD Secret security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
•Strong mathematical and analytical skills with ability to perform system-level performance analysis
