Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Jira to support project delivery, portfolio governance, and PMO processes.
  • •Design and maintain Jira workflows, issue types, screens, permissions, automations, and dashboards aligned to delivery and governance requirements.
  • •Partner with PMO, engineering, product, and business teams to convert program and reporting needs into scalable Jira and process solutions.
  • •Define and enforce standards for Jira usage, data quality, governance, and workflow consistency across teams and programs.
  • •Create and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and metrics for delivery health, risks, dependencies, and program performance; troubleshoot and support Jira operational issues.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Jira engineering, Jira administration, PMO tooling, delivery operations, or similar roles supporting enterprise program execution.
  • •12+ years of experience designing and administering Jira workflows, permissions, dashboards, automations, and reporting solutions or similar work management platforms.
  • •Experience supporting PMO governance, portfolio reporting, delivery metrics, dependency management, and program controls in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Experience translating business and delivery requirements into scalable Jira/system configurations, workflow designs, and operational reporting structures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related) or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
