Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet daily production goals while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity.
  • •Assemble complex low-voltage products safely and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
  • •Follow EHS policies, including PPE use and WSRA compliance, and report safety concerns.
  • •Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S+ standards.
  • •Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings; inspect, troubleshoot, test (e.g., hi-pot), and prepare finished goods for shipment or storage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.94 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of experience using hand and air tools.

  • •No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
