Serve Banking Center customers by processing financial transactions accurately and handling needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate products and services. Build trust, generate leads, and deepen relationships while supporting sales, retention, and growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, meet branch audit and operations requirements, and help supervise, coach, and onboard fellow relationship bankers. Travel may be required to alternate banking centers.
