Key Responsibilities

  • •Support adidas Eventtickets processes for sport events tickets owned/paid by adidas, including employee ticketing for major events.
  • •Ensure process compliance and tool maintenance, including set-up of match schedules for different sports and ticket inventory for relevant categories.
  • •Maintain data accuracy and completeness for ticket requests worldwide and ensure data governance for ticket/guest data transfer for BIK taxation.
  • •Create monthly KPIs and support ad-hoc reporting requests, and answer ticketing-related questions from end users and stakeholders.
  • •Collect and channel process and system needs for the Eventtickets tool and support vendor issue tracking and management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in the job or job function.
