Key Responsibilities

  • •Platform Architecture & Governance: Design and maintain the overarching Atlassian Cloud architecture, defining standardized templates, reusable patterns, and user permissions across various business units.
  • •Migration & Consolidation: Lead end-to-end migrations (Data Center and Cloud) or other toolchains to Atlassian Cloud, establishing roll-out strategies, data mappings, and post-migration validation.
  • •App & Integration Ecosystem: Evaluate, approve, and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications for security, scalability, and operational fit; integrate Atlassian products with external DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines via REST APIs and webhooks.
  • •Workflow Optimization & Automation: Translate business and engineering needs into structured workflows and automation rules to reduce manual friction.
  • •Traceability & Compliance: Design traceability models linking requirements to delivery, testing, and handovers to ensure regulated SDLC practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in Atlassian platform engineering, system administration, or solution architecture (Okta identity integration preferred)
  • •Deep Atlassian Cloud capabilities knowledge including Atlassian Guard and Advanced Roadmaps
  • •Strong SDLC understanding across product management, QA, release management, and Agile methodologies
  • •Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and automation scripting (Python, Groovy/ScriptRunner)
  • •Atlassian Certified Professional designations (ACP-100 for Jira Administrator or ACP-600 for Cloud Organization) are highly valued
