Key Responsibilities

•Platform Architecture & Governance: Design and maintain the overarching Atlassian Cloud architecture, defining standardized templates, reusable patterns, and user permissions across various business units.
•Migration & Consolidation: Lead end-to-end migrations (Data Center and Cloud) or other toolchains to Atlassian Cloud, establishing roll-out strategies, data mappings, and post-migration validation.
•App & Integration Ecosystem: Evaluate, approve, and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications for security, scalability, and operational fit; integrate Atlassian products with external DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines via REST APIs and webhooks.
•Workflow Optimization & Automation: Translate business and engineering needs into structured workflows and automation rules to reduce manual friction.
•Traceability & Compliance: Design traceability models linking requirements to delivery, testing, and handovers to ensure regulated SDLC practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience in Atlassian platform engineering, system administration, or solution architecture (Okta identity integration preferred)
•Deep Atlassian Cloud capabilities knowledge including Atlassian Guard and Advanced Roadmaps
•Strong SDLC understanding across product management, QA, release management, and Agile methodologies
•Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and automation scripting (Python, Groovy/ScriptRunner)
•Atlassian Certified Professional designations (ACP-100 for Jira Administrator or ACP-600 for Cloud Organization) are highly valued
