Job Summary

Own day-to-day marketing operations by managing lead routing, assignment updates, enrichment, and lead flow. Triage and resolve operational requests through ticket handling, while supporting basic reporting on funnel performance and SLA adherence. Key Requirements

•5-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
•Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, including lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize lead flow processes.
•Experience using ticketing systems and handling operational requests.
•Ability to troubleshoot issues, suggest process improvements, and support automation initiatives.
