Own merchant growth for TikTok Shop’s grocery category by acquiring, incubating, and building long-term relationships with key brands and principals. Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate brands, principals, and major merchants that drive significant GMV.
•Build and maintain merchant relationships; negotiate and secure deals based on campaigns or seasonality.
•Identify partnership opportunities aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term growth plans and establish JBPs.
•Maintain seller service quality, including low cancellation/return rates and improved shipping performance to increase conversion and satisfaction.
•Manage mid- and long-tail merchants using scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor's degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in e-commerce.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong attention to detail with affinity for numbers and logical problem-solving.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
