Drive financial planning and analysis for the Technology organization, focusing on headcount, infrastructure, and software investments. Partner with engineering and product leaders to shape budgets and improve forecast accuracy. Own operational metrics and financial reporting to surface cost optimization and efficiency opportunities, and continuously enhance finance planning processes. Present executive-level updates for leadership, quarterly business reviews, and Board materials while strengthening collaboration across business units.
