Key Responsibilities

  • •Automate manual billing work, reconciliations, invoice generation, exception flagging, and data validation with AI-assisted workflows and review/controls for accuracy.
  • •Strengthen revenue accounting so records are accurate and consistently audit-ready, accelerating reconciliations/documentation while verifying what touches the books.
  • •Evaluate and implement billing solutions by comparing options, assessing tradeoffs, and modeling impact using AI.
  • •Build and prioritize a scalable automation roadmap, deciding what to automate first and measuring time saved for the team.
  • •Partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting to assess how contracts and policies are structured and their downstream billing impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

  • •Senior experience across revenue accounting and billing operations.
  • •Hands-on experience leading evaluation and implementation of billing solutions and automating billing/finance processes.
  • •Experience leading external audits and building/maintaining audit-ready processes and controls.
