Job Summary

Safely and efficiently perform warehouse duties to support internal and external customers, including receiving verification, inventory and pallet accuracy, and loading/unloading operations. Work with automation systems and voice pick processes to build and confirm correct orders, troubleshoot basic equipment/system issues, and complete safety checks and basic maintenance. Maintain required records and follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety guidelines while operating warehouse material-handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently perform warehouse tasks including pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, counting, and replenishing products and materials.
•Verify product accuracy and quality for items received from vendors and shipped to customers; perform check-in/check-out and maintain records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
•Use automation systems and voice pick processes to verify and record products, build/finish pallet loads, and ensure accurate load outs and inventory counts.
•Identify machine faults and troubleshoot/correct system errors/issues; perform basic cleaning and maintenance on automation systems.
•Operate warehouse material-handling equipment, perform safety and pre-trip checks, complete janitorial tasks as needed, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety rules.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is required.
•Must pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
•Computer/Human Machine Interface skills and mechanical aptitude.
•Good math, reading, writing, communication, and ability to count large quantities and understand product labels/load ticket instructions.
