Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop data generation, post-training algorithms, and evaluation methods to ensure Safety in the next generation of LLMs.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional machine learning teams, data annotation teams, and product/policy teams.
  • •Design and run experiments to improve data quality, model safety, and generalizability.
  • •Manage data generation and annotation processes, including working with human annotators.
  • •Contribute to building and evaluating distributed training infrastructure for large language models.
