Key Responsibilities

  • •Process Army equipment and materiel turn-ins in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness and conduct visual inspections with correct condition coding (A–H).
  • •Ensure timely and accurate entries into Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and support inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
  • •Safely store, stage, and organize equipment; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
  • •Assist unit supply personnel, coordinate with supervisors/QA/transportation, and support audits, PARs, and inspections.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • •Knowledge of Army logistical functions and familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms) and apply Army equipment condition/serviceability standards.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier 1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
