Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive long-term FX product strategy and translate 0-6 month goals into functional roadmaps.
•Provide direction to engineering to improve delivery cadence, ensuring products launch consistently and on time.
•Own operational and regulatory risks for the FX product and manage cross-domain dependencies across teams.
•Validate problems through research and user feedback to define the future of currency movement, conversion, and management.
•Monitor FX product performance (margins, conversion rates, market share, operational efficiency) and mentor junior product managers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years focused on Foreign Exchange (FX).
•Practical knowledge of FX market structure, including spot, forwards, options, and regulatory compliance.
•Experience building and scaling API-first products for developers or enterprise consumption.
•Ability to synthesize complex technical, financial, and regulatory information into clear product plans and user stories.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
