E-Commerce Associate

Support the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring an excellent online customer experience while driving online sales. Manage website and mobile app content, keep product listings (information, images, pricing, availability) accurate and up to date, and monitor the customer journey for a seamless experience. Coordinate with retail stores and internal teams to resolve customer issues, maintain inventory accuracy, identify website/application issues, and contribute to improvements in conversion and campaign performance.
