Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial service functions, including opening, closing, and maintaining checking, savings, time deposit, and IRA accounts.
  • •Process new client accounts and account maintenance requests (e.g., name/address/product changes) while maintaining privacy of customer information.
  • •Resolve client inquiries and problems by listening, collecting data, and providing accurate answers.
  • •Profile clients to identify sales opportunities and use lead lists to cross-sell bank products and services while meeting sales production goals.
  • •Ensure accurate reports/records, complete required daily/month-end logs, and support treasury management with new accounts and services for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Zero to 3 years of new account experience.
  • •Complete Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan (and Teller Learning Plan if applicable).
  • •Understand the caller identification process and secure code, plus required training (BPM I–IV, DocuSign training/forms and templates).
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including 10-key and telephone.
