Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a focus on a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings related to workforce reduction consultation, administrative hearings, separations, and settlements, guiding termination outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
