Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow a flexible retail schedule, including nights and weekends.
